This project by the Columbus County Committee for the Preservation of African American Culture preserves the voices and memories of local Black elders. Through oral history interviews, it captures wisdom and resilience, honoring dignity amid past struggles. These interviews, showcasing shared experiences, will be available at the Columbus County Public Library, with plans for expansion.
